Senior Internal Communications Executive

An international investment bank are growing their team and looking for a **Senior Internal Communications Executive** to join the global marcomms team. This is an excellent opportunity to join an established business which values individual professional development, offers an open culture & unique firm-wide collaboration.

You will join a high performing team, own your projects and get a strong mentor in the form of the Director of Marcomms.

The role:

- Delivery of the internal communications strategy, including managing the global intranet, monthly newsletter and oversight of quarterly international townhalls.
- Assisting on development of specific employee engagement strategy with specific business units and HR.
- Line manage an intern (management experience not necessary)

Skills and experience:

- Experience within internal communications in the B2B sector is necessary, preferably in a complex metrics organisation.
- Experience managing global intranet is required, Sharepoint advantageous.
- Exceptional writing skills (English) with high attention to detail.
- Ability to work to multiple competing deadlines.
