**About The Role**:
Bespak by Recipharm are looking for a numbers of Machine Operators to work on our manufacturing floors at our Kings Lynn site across a 24/7 or 24/5 shift pattern. This position is an integral part in the delivery of our marketing-leading drug delivery devices and is the core position in our business. All our manufacturing areas are clean environments with regulated comfortable temperatures. We are looking for people who are eager to learn how to operate and monitor our injection moulding / automated machinery in a quality focused environment.

**24/7 Shift and Salary**:

- This is a 4 on 4 off, 7 day rotating shift between the hours 6am - 6pm & 6pm - 6am.
- For example: Mon 6am to 6pm, Tue 6am to 6pm, Wed 6pm to 6am, Thu 6pm to 6am. Followed by Fri, Sat, Sun & Mon off - Starting again Tue 6am as a rolling 8-week cycle.
- 24/7 shift has a salary of £31,472 inclusive of shift premium.

**24/5 Shift and Salary**:

- 3 shift, Monday to Friday rotating the shifts 6am - 2.30pm, 2pm - 10.30pm & 10pm - 6.30am.
- For example: Week 1 - 6am to 2:30pm/Week 2 - 2pm to 10:30pm/Week 3 - 10pm to 6:30am
- 24/5 shift has a salary of £27,963 inclusive of shift premium.

**As a Machine Operator your duties will include**:

- Operating automated assembly and injection moulded equipment.
- Completing required documentation to comply with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
- Following health and safety procedures.
- Taking part in continuous improvement activities.

**Machine Operator key skills and experience**:

- Experience working in a manufacturing environment.
- Able to work in a process orientated way and follow standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Collaborative team worker.

As an Operator you will be contributing to the output of manufactured injection moulded parts, automated assembly and packaging in a “Clean Room” environment.
