**What is the purpose?**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Maintain aspects of the UK and Netherlands AP ledger, match invoices to purchase orders and GRNs and post invoices using Documation and Sage.
- Process AP invoices in automation software (Documation).
- Create templates in Documation to support smooth running of invoice automation.
- Support with payment processes, ensure timely payment to suppliers and resolution of queries.
- To create new and maintain existing supplier and customer accounts and ensure all DLA’s have been adhered to.
- Data cleansing work to ensure data accuracy as needed.
- Support rolling fixed asset audits and update systems accordingly for changes.
- Ensure all accounts data / paperwork is filed accordingly and adequate approvals have been received.
- Preparation of information for auditors / ABF.
- Support finance team members in other sites for holiday cover.
- Deliver appropriate training and support as required to non-finance colleagues.
- To maintain effective, co-operative working relationships with all internal and external customers, providing advice and solutions where practical and possible.
- Complete administrative paperwork as required for company reporting procedures.
- Assist in H&S investigations identified through near miss reporting, as and when required.
- Manage own activities and support best practice Health and Safety at Germains to ensure zero lost injuries.
- Additional work identified as necessary for the operation of the business.

**What will you need?**

The job holder should be educated to A Level standard (or equivalent). Desirable - AAT Level 2 or above.

Minimum of 1 years’ experience in an accounts role within a private sector organisation. Experience of AP / AR is highly desirable. Competent in using Excel and other Microsoft packages. Sage experience desirable.

Please note:

- This role will be offered as a 2 month temporary contract with the potential for this to be extended.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Temporary contract
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: £23,500.00-£25,500.00 per year

Expected hours: 22.5 per week
