Golf Operations Team Member

**We are looking for a new team member to work in our golf reception, either full time or part time.**

**Weekend and evening shift availability is essential.**

The role is varied and would suit someone who is keen to perform a customer-facing role. The role includes:

- Processing all customer bookings either on the phone or in person for the golf courses, mini-golf, driving range, and lessons
- Driving Range bay management
- Handling initial membership enquiries
- Basic retailing procedures for selling goods
- Upkeep of venue presentation
- Opening/Closing and cash-up procedures

Horton Golf Park has one of the most successful beginner coaching programs in the country, attracting over 1500 new golfers on site, the majority of which are women. Children often take to the driving range and adventure golf with holidays being very busy.

This is an active role, primarily performed on your feet.

Essential skills required:

- A happy and accommodating persona
- IT skills
- Attention to detail

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £10.00-£11.00 per hour
