The Royal Automobile Club is an exclusive world-class private members club, with 2 stunning clubhouses in London and Epsom. Providing a first-class service offering accommodation, dining, sports and leisure facilities for the enjoyment of our members and guests.

Working 5 days over a 7 day period, including weekends and bank holidays.

Shift patterns: 7am - 3pm & 9am - 5pm during the months of October - March

7am - 3pm & 11am - 7pm during the months of April - September

Purpose of the role:

As Golf Receptionist you will provide high levels of service when taking all golf reservations and welcoming members and guests to the Club. 

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the efficient daily opening and closing of Golf Reception and that all golf reservations and golf lessons are dealt with correctly over the phone or in person
  • Manage the golf reception email inbox
  • Complete all golf competition requests and create up to date start sheets and manage golf hire reservations including clubs, golf buggy and trolleys
  • Support the golf operations team and concierge and to meet and greet all member golf groups and golf society days
  • Communicate with the Course Marshalls regularly with booking updates
