We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced telesales professional to join our team as a Telesales Partnerships Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and building relationships with potential partners through outbound calling and lead generation activities.
**Responsibilities**:
- Identify potential partners and initiate outbound calling campaigns to generate new business opportunities.
- Conduct needs assessments to understand partner requirements and tailor proposals accordingly.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with partners, providing excellent customer service throughout the sales cycle.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of partnerships.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and other performance metrics.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in telesales or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in a sales-driven environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with potential partners.
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Experience working with CRM tools and other sales-related software is a plus.
