- Our Service Advisors are an integral part of our business and one of the most important customer-facing roles across the business._
- Arrange for customers' vehicles to be booked in for services MOT's and repairs
- Assist in the planning of the workshop, and liaise with internal departments including parts and the workshop, whilst being able to understand the instructions provided to complete works/ Job cards
- Record work completed, contact customers if additional work is required, check vehicles coming through the service department
- Keep our customers updated at every stage on the progress of their vehicle, and ensure we meet the customer lead timescales.

**What we need from you**:

- Full manual driving licence essential
- Previous experience of working within an automotive service department
- You will be patient and a good listener, with outstanding communication skills both in person and on the telephone
- Must be computer literate with knowledge of MS Office packages
