**Summary**:
**Job responsibilities**:

- Plan and deliver PE and school sport sessions.
- Plan and deliver after school and lunchtime clubs.
- Lead the delivery of Holiday Activity and Food programmes.
- Lead the delivery of other community and school based sports programmes.
- Be a positive role model, engage and inspire 5-11 year olds through sport.
- Ensure delivery is structured, high quality and fun, following the appropriate schemes of work and linking in to the National Curriculum.
- Develop and maintain effective working relationships with schools.
- Support with the promotion of Grade A Sports’ programmes.
- Ensure that all delivery is compliant with the relevant safeguarding policies and procedures.

**Requirements**:

- Right to work in the UK.
- NGB Level 2 Coaching qualification or working towards.
- Experience of working in primary schools or with children of a similar age.
- Ability to work alone or as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organisational and planning skills.
