**Key Responsibilities and Duties include**:

- **Sales Outreach**: Execute targeted sales calls to nurture leads, qualify prospects, and onboard new requirements, driving conversion and growth.
- **Client Relationship Building**: Arrange and participate in meetings to foster strong and lasting partnerships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
- **Market Research**: Stay on top of evolving job markets and recruitment trends, harnessing insights to refine sales strategies and maximize effectiveness.
- **Database Management**: Curate and maintain a robust database of warm leads, ensuring a steady stream of potential opportunities.

**Key skills and experience**:

- **Sales Expertise**:Demonstrated proficiency in telephone and face-to-face sales, with a track record of driving results and exceeding targets.
- **Motivated**: Possess a relentless passion for success, coupled with a self-driven attitude that you use towards achieving and exceeding objectives & targets.
- **Recruitment Experience**: A minimum of 2 years in a recruitment role.
