This role is working for a professional interpreting and translation company located in the city centre of Hull. They require someone with a good grasp of Microsoft Office and Excel, as you will be using these tools to input, extract and interpret information for various projects.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Data entry using Excel and bespoke systems
- Administration support to the finance team
- Extracting and analysing data using tools and templates provided
- Respond to data related queries and customer queries
- Producing reports in line with procedures
- Reviewing and discussing information generated from data to clients and managers
- Work with the team on various projects, to set criteria and deadlines
- Ad hoc admin duties to the wider team

- Experience of using the full suite of Microsoft Office programs and excellent IT skills
- Strong organisational skills
- Meticulous attention to detail and able to maintain confidentiality where required
- Ability to meet challenging deadlines and thrive under pressure

**Job Types**: Full-time, Apprenticeship

**Salary**: From £6.40 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
