We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Call Center Representative. As a Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and resolving customer inquiries over the phone. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and advancement.

**Responsibilities**:

- Answer incoming calls from customers and provide assistance in a professional and courteous manner
- Listen to customer concerns and address them effectively
- Provide accurate and detailed information about products or services
- Up sell products or services when appropriate
- Analyse customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Follow call centre scripts and procedures to ensure consistency and quality of service

**Qualifications**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical skills to understand customer needs and provide effective solutions
- Ability to up sell products or services to maximize sales opportunities
- Ability to handle high call volumes while maintaining professionalism

Pay: From £24,729.13 per year
