**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Perform general maintenance and repair tasks, including but not limited to plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, painting
- Conduct routine inspections of properties to identify maintenance needs and address them in a timely manner.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from clients and ensure issues are resolved efficiently and effectively.
- Install, repair, and maintain fixtures, equipment, and appliances in accordance with industry standards and regulations.
- Assist with the setup and breakdown of facilities for events, meetings, and other occasions as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, equipment inventory, and maintenance schedules.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies at all times.
- Collaborate with other team members and contractors to coordinate maintenance projects and ensure timely completion.
- Uphold the company's commitment to exceptional customer service and professionalism in all interactions with clients and stakeholders.
- Stay informed about industry best practices, new technologies, and emerging trends in facilities management.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a handyman or similar role, preferably in a facilities management or property maintenance setting.
- Strong proficiency in a variety of trades, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry and painting
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently to troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality workmanship and attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and colleagues.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations and practices related to facilities management.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £28,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
