Job description

Furniture Fitter/Driver
Prism-7 Recruitment are currently recruiting experienced Furniture Fitter/Drivers (7.5T) on behalf of their client based in Barking.

Schedule:
Monday to Friday (8am to 5:30pm, 1-hour unpaid break)

Salary:
£15.50

This job will involve:

  • Delivery and installation of furniture with an assistance of driver mate
  • Assisting with general warehouse operations on occasion
  • Loading and unloading of vehicles
  • Heavy lifting required
  • Furniture fitting experience is essential but not mandatory
Required Attributes

  • Full clean driving licence (with minimum 1year of commercial driving experience) no more than 3 points
  • Valid CPC and Digi Tacho
  • Positive and polite attitude
  • Furniture assembly experience preferred but full training will be provided. Experience in general building/handyman role would be an advantage.
