24-7 Recruitment Services Ltd is currently recruiting for a Van Driver with experience in Furniture Fitting on behalf of our client, a leading British workplace furniture supplier with over 40 years of industry expertise.

Job Details:

  • Shift Patterns: Weekdays, no weekends, with different shift patterns available
  • Salary: £28,000 to £31,000 per annum

About the Role:

The successful candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in driving and furniture fitting is essential.

  • Requirements: Driving licence with no more than 3 points, positive and polite attitude, minimum 1 year of commercial driving experience, and minimum 1 year of furniture fitting experience

Key Responsibilities:

  • Furniture Delivery and Installation: Deliver and install furniture, with assistance from a drivers mate
  • Furniture Fitting: Furniture fitting is a requirement, with training provided
  • Warehouse Operations: Assist with general warehouse operations on occasion
  • Loading and Unloading: Load and unload vehicles
  • Heavy Lifting: Heavy lifting is required for this role

What You Can Expect:

You will be driving to multiple clients in the area, delivering and assembling furniture with assistance from a drivers mate.
