Operations Support Coordinator

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Operations Support Co-Ordinator, who will be based in our Motherwell Office.
The purpose of the role is to provide efficient, flexible, and proactive support to the Company. This is a varied role and duties covering extensive administrative practices.
Main duties:
- You will act as first point of contact for all projects enquiries, internally and externally responding to and redirecting as appropriate.
- Assisting Projects Management team daily
- Regular scheduling and maintenance of the project/job management system to ensure accuracy of data.
**Experience**:
- Previous experience working in an Administration role
- Strong ability to work autonomously while managing a substantial number of conflicting priorities while maintaining high standard of outputs at all times
- Excellent organisational skills, with an ability to manage, organise, and control your workload against competing deadlines within a demanding and ever-changing environment
- Motivated, strong leadership skills and be flexible and confident to complete adhoc duties within the Company.
- Strong attention to details
