This is a unique opportunity to share the responsibilities of a full-time Concierge role with a partner. You'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of a block of flats, providing exceptional customer service to our residents, and creating a welcoming and vibrant community atmosphere.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greeting residents and guests with a friendly and professional demeanour
- Managing resident requests and inquiries efficiently
- Overseeing package deliveries and secure storage
- Coordinating maintenance and service requests
- Maintaining a clean and organized lobby and common areas
- Scheduling and managing resident events and activities where necessary
- Upholding building policies and procedures

Person Specification

Job Share Details:

- This is a part-time, job share position with flexible scheduling options.
- You will work alongside another Job Share Concierge to ensure full-time coverage.
- We are open to discussing various scheduling arrangements to best suit your needs.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Ideally 1 year of experience in customer service or hospitality, good, telephone manner
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks, multitask effectively, and work independently
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
- A genuine passion for providing exceptional service

Location: Nottingham, NG1

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: £11.44-£11.45 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
