I am exclusively supporting a Market leading organisation within the Fastener industry. This company work within the Nuclear, Power Generation and Oil & Gas markets. This company are working with leading companies within these markets and due to expansionI am looking for experienced Sales Executives to join their team to continue to grow these territories. This particular role would be to work on the Power Gen, supporting companies across the US.
This role offers uncapped commission (I can discuss in a call how this is broken down) and also the opportunity to progress within the business.

**Package Details**:

**Role Details**:
- Responsible for the performance and development of the Power Generation market within the U.S. and global turbine OEM’s.
- Targeting specific accounts within the U.S. and global turbine OEM’s by building new / existing relationships, trips to the U.S. and other global locations will be required.
- Responsible for the development of your area through bringing on board new customers through prospecting & cold calling.
- Attains sales goals and profitability through following the Export Power sales strategy and build plans.
- Dedicated account management, from initial sales contract review of orders through to dispatch.
- Compile, work to a strategy and sales build plan for each area
- Liaison with all internal departments.
- Reporting to the Sales Manager in a timely manner on the performance of your area.
- To complete daily KPI’S and call plans for the Sales Manager.
- To develop the sales areas through arranging and completing on site meetings.
- To develop the sales areas through arranging and completing off site visits at the customers / potential customers locations.
- To assist the Sales Manager and to provide cover to the Powergen sales department when required.
- To hit and exceed the area sales target.
- To hit and exceed the KPI’S set for your area.
**Key Skills & Experience**:
- Strong experience in Sales working to targets and KPI’s.
- Confident in developing new relationships.
- Driving license
- Ability to manage existing business effectively.
- Naturally driven sales person who has a strong drive to succeed.
