**Internal Sales Assistant - Rubix Customer Hub**
As a Internal Sales Assistant you will be a pivotal part of the Rubix Customer Hub team and its success. Ideally you will have a background in Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul supply chain work and be familiar with MRO spare parts.

We support our customers to ensure they have all the parts, spares and tooling they need to operate as well as working hard to ensure we obtain the best deals with suppliers.

We support our customers to ensure they have all the parts, spares and tooling they need to operate as well as working hard to ensure we obtain the best deals with suppliers.
**The Role**
Our Hub, services the MRO requirements of our UK based service divisions plus our operation in Iceland. So primarily dealing with internal customers the importance of treating all customers the same is key. This area of our supply chain has grown significantlyin the last 18 months and our key objective here is to drive consistency of service.

As a Internal Sales Assistant you will be a pivotal part of the onsite team and its success so get ready to be in demand.
Reporting to the Sales Office Manager you will effectively build and develop relationships with the customer to increase sales opportunities and maximise revenue growth.

What we need:
- Team Player: Strong team skills and the ability to interact well with customers and colleagues
- Strong Communication: Demonstrates the ability to communicate both verbally and in writing with a wide range of customers and colleagues
- Customer Service experience and from a manufacturing/MRO/PPE background
- Answering phones and responding to client request and enquiries
- Keeping track of back orders and inventory
- Drafting and mailing customer correspondence and newsletters
- Supporting the operational teams
