As a result, we are currently recruiting for a Driver Debrief Clerk to join our Wakefield depot. The main purpose of the role will be to complete general administrative duties, de-briefing with drivers & supporting with ensuring all aspects of H&S Policies are adhered to at all times.

**1PM until 9PM**

**Working 5 in 7 days**

**Full-time, permanent**

**£10.42 P/H + Responsibility allowance**

Debrief Clerk duties:

- Assisting drivers with locating addresses and providing delivery instructions
- Assisting customers and providing excellent customer service
- De
- Ensuring contractor paperwork is completed
- Basic administrative duties
- To implement the Health and Safety Policy, ensuring and maintaining a safe working environment at all times
- To implement the Security Policy ensuring and maintaining a secure passage of goods for the customer
- Carry out such other duties as may reasonably be requested by the Management or the Shift Manager
- Be Computer literate
- Report daily into managers at the start of the shift and again at the end regarding driver performance issues and action taken
- Manage drivers compliance Vs Daily targets
- KPI reporting
- Minimise agency & corrolate time sheets
- An understanding of transport legislation and logistics operations
- Experience of working in a transport/logistics environment
- Able to react quickly to information, helping solve any challenges to routes
- Experience using in-house transport management systems is an advantage
