**An Onsite Recruitment Coordinator / Onsite Shift Coordinator**
Adding to our established team in Preston, if you have worked in a warehousing/ distribution environment or a recruitment business and want the next step this could be the role for you. The role is to work on our client’s multiple sites as an Onsite Recruitment Coordinator / Onsite Shift Coordinator.
**Who are we looking for?**
- An organised confident person who can manage both clients and workers delivering an exceptional level of service
- Confidence with the ability to demonstrate a high level of written and verbal communication skills both face to face and on the telephone.
- Someone who can multi-task, work to deadlines and prioritise
- Adapting to changing workloads, working within the recruitment industry is fast-paced and no day is the same so you can expect ad-hoc tasks to come your way.
- A good understanding of social media platforms.
