Our client based on the Westwood Business Park, close to the University of Warwick, are looking for Customer Service Assistants to work in their call centre. You will also be required to work a minimum of 1 in 4 Saturdays, from 09:00 - 13:00, for which overtime will be paid at 1.5x normal salary.

This role is due to start on 15th May and the role is a permanent position within the business.

Throughout the summer (in line with the busy period) this is an in the office role, however you will be offered hybrid working at other points in the year (1 day from home).

**Duties and responsibilities**
- This is an inbound call centre position and you will be helping with booking and answering queries for people looking to book holidays.
- You will be helping to take payments over the phone.
- You will be dealing with general enquiries about the various locations across the network
- You may need to escalate to a team leader who will be situated on the desk next to you.

**Skills and experience**
- We are looking for people who have the right attitude as the key skill. If you have previous call centre/customer service, this is a positive.
- You will be dealing with lots of calls and will need to have excellent customer service skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
- You should be comfortable with computers, including Microsoft packages.

**Location**
Westwood Business Park

**Benefits**
Benefits include 28 days annual leave plus bank holidays and 10% pension (5% / 5%).

1 in 4 weekends paid at 1.5 x normal pay. This is only from Jan - end of August.
