Junior Video Editor

**THE OPPORTUNITY**

We have the exciting opportunity to join our Creative team in a brand new role as Junior Video Editor. Working alongside the Videographer and a team of Retouchers, Photographers and Designers, you will report directly into the Videographer under the creative team headed by our Creative Director. You will take responsibility for delivering completed videography projects and maintaining the organisation of the files and links for future use across eCommerce and Marketing activities.

You will enjoy working on upcoming projects for our website and social media content, adding your personal touch to showcase a fantastic array of our products for both our Katie Loxton and Joma Jewellery brands.

This role will be on a hybrid basis, where on average you will be working from our Head Office in Banbury twice per week and three days from home. This may flex up and down dependent on business needs.

**HOW YOU'LL CONTRIBUTE**
- Working with the Videographer, editing video, sound and creating motion graphics
- Organising and maintaining equipment, along with communicating equipment needs/failures to the Creative Project Manager
- Sourcing suitable music with a basic knowledge of music rights
- Supporting the Videographer with product videography for all products across Katie Loxton and Joma Jewellery
- Aid the production of high quality, commercial videos ensuring that they are exposed correctly and colour consistent
- Optimisation of video ready to upload to CMS
- Accurately save and archive videos
- Maintain website product videos, new as well as continuing product lines supporting ECOM and Marketing when required
- Maintain comprehensible digital asset library
- Ensuring work is delivered on time and to specification
- Any other duties as reasonably requested by the Videographer, Art Director or Creative Project Manager

**THE TALENT YOU'LL BRING**
- Passion for fashion and creativity
- Ability to multitask
- Proven experience in video editing ideally with Premier Pro
- Friendly, self-motivated and approachable
- Able to use initiative and plan ahead
- A high degree of computer literacy across adobe suite
- Knowledge and understanding of accessories product and trends
- A desire to create the best quality videos is essential
- Strong brand awareness
- Confident communicator
- Enjoys working in fast paced dynamic environment

**PERFECTLY PACKAGED**
- A salary of £20,000 - £24,000 DOE
- 25 days holiday rising to 27 with length of service, plus bank holiday
