**What the role involves**
- As Assistant Principal you will play a crucial role in securing the ongoing development of this outstanding school with a national reputation for consistently excellent outcomes.
- You will be a key member of a highly successful senior leadership team.

- Have the skills to build the capacity of colleagues to secure ongoing school improvement.

**You will have**:

- A degree-level qualification and Qualified Teacher Status
- Experience of effective management of a high-achieving faculty
- Experience of sustained delivery of outstanding attainment and achievement
- A strong commitment to our STAR values.
