CMA Executive are delighted to have been retained, by one of the most exciting video game publishing business in the UK.Founded in 2016 and head quartered in Portsmouth, Outright Games has established itself as a global leader in the world of children’sand family video game publishing. The company works with some of the biggest names in entertainment such as Sony Pictures, Dreamworks, Nickelodeon and Cartoon Network and secured Private Equity investment in 2021, to further strengthen its position in theglobal market.

Outright Games has enjoyed incredible growth; to date they have published and released 28 games, expanded the global presence with offices in Los Angeles, London & Madrid and have a Global distribution network in over 25 countries. With a current t/o ofc£67m and growing. Due to this exceptional growth, and with a 2-3 year event cycle, the CFO is looking to appoint a Director or Head of FP&A, to build capability in planning, forecasting, budgeting and analytical activities, to support the company's majorbusiness decisions.

**What will the Head of FP&A role involve?**

**The Head of FP&A is a key leadership role within the Finance function, reporting to the CFO**:

- Responsible for implementing and managing the end to end process for all financial planning reporting and analysis;
- Creating and managing the financial plan for the business and responding to analytical questions and requests on behalf of the CFO, CEO, or external stakeholders;
- Assess and implement new reporting technology to radically improve the way that finance information is shared with the business;
- Provide insight and decision-making analysis that goes beyond the numbers, identifying business critical issues and makes sensible and progressive recommendations;
- Build relationships with key stakeholders across the organisation, at all levels from Executive down, as well as key external parties.
- Be a qualified accountant, with significant senior financial management experience of delivering at a strategic level. Ideally gained with in a similar video games publishing, developer or retailer organisation;
- An accomplished, credible and respected professional with well-developed communication, stakeholder management and influencing skills gained in a complex organisation, comfortable working collaboratively across teams;
- Strong business awareness, analytical and conceptual reasoning skills, with the ability to communicate complex issues to a wide range of recipients through a variety of formats;
- Highly advanced Excel modelling skills are essential, as is exposure to business intelligence tools such as Power BI.

**Additional benefits and information for the role of Head of FP&A**:
This role is predominantly home based.However there is the opportunity to travel, as you will be expected to visit the Portsmouth Head Office and London office twice a month.Further ad-hoc travel will be expected to the Madrid and Los Angles officesand any locations of future acquisitions.
