Our reablement team provides short term support to prevent hospital admission, facilitate early hospital discharge and provide rehabilitation and support in order to help people maintain/regain their independence.

Independence for so many of us is a word we can strongly relate to. Every day is filled with tasks that we can carry out ourselves, but for others independence is a physical and mental state that many of our clients strive towards. It’s such a rewarding achievement to help a person declare themselves as independent and that success would be down to you

Throughout this position, you will be working closely with any array of professionals, to achieve realistic objectives to meet the needs and wants of the client.

We provide a full course of enhanced, quality training, which provides those with no prior relevant experience working in reablement the opportunity to jump straight into the Health and Social Care field
