**Location**: Kidderminster

**Hours: **Full Time (37.5 hours) Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5pm

**Rate: **£11.28/hr PAYE (starting), £20,000 - £23,000 p/a DOE (when permanent)

We require a Purchase Ledger Clerk for an IMMEDIATE start for an international company within the hydraulic market. This role will begin on contract and following a successful period a permanent position will be awarded.

What you will be doing:

- Enter all supplier invoices, foreign invoices and credits
- Check supplier statements and fully reconcile
- Handle purchase ledger queries
- Enter petty cash receipts and reconcile
- Ensure month end deadlines are met
- Support other members of the accounts team

Experiences/Skills/Competencies desired:

- Use of financial IT systems - Sage Line 50, (in house systems also used)
- Foreign exchange and currency knowledge and experience
- 2-3 years' experience in a similar role
