**Job location: The location of this role can be anywhere as long as the employee is based near one of our Essentra Manufacturing or Wareshouse sites.**

**Job Requirements**
- Mapping of the reporting needs across the entire company.
- Fit gap analysis, escalating to BPMs where there is a deviation from the standard reports at a site unless this deviation is due to a legal country requirement.
- Responsible for collecting the requirements defined by the users.
- Ensures the training materials are created and updated based on regional variation.
- Proactively feed into the impact assessment owned by the Change Team.
- Support Key users in adoption of the platform during hypercare, coordinating with the change team to drive adoption and adherence to new processes and knowledge gaps.
- Take ownership for business requests and manage their lifecycle through to closure involving other resources as required.
- Document, propose and discuss solution options with clients and partners. Facilitating the development of ‘To-Be’ business processes and discussing these with clients and partners.
- Work with all key stakeholders to ensure the solution realises the key benefits and remains aligned to the overall BPR Transformation initiatives.
- Providing SME input across a variety of programme workstreams including Testing, Training, Data, Reporting and Business Change. Support the other project and business teams in all related activities and ensures delivery on time. Providing quality oversight throughout the entire project lifecycle
