**Paralegal - PAYE - London**

Gibbs Hybrid is looking for an adept Paralegal to work onsite supporting an enterprise level client in London. Onsite work 2 days a week. This is an initial 3months PAYE role. You will be supporting the Legal Counsel
- Support the legal team with contract execution and storage, invoice tracking, arranging notarization of documents.
- Support with the development, implementation, management and development of an electronic contract management system.
- Develop and implement legal billing and costs management protocols.
- Support with the set-up of preferred external legal providers and establishing ways of working.
- Serve as one of the points of contact within the Legal team for contracting requirements.
- Review, negotiate and draft various legal documents based on standard company templates and guidelines including Competition T&Cs, NDA’s, Statements of Work, termination and renewal letters, amendments etc.
- Conduct research into applicable areas of existing or emerging law.
- Prepare legal updates and/or guidance notes for the business.
- Contribute to the creation, maintenance and control of legal templates, policies, procedures and good legal governance.
- Assist with ad hoc projects and any dispute resolution matters as they arise during the general growth and development of the business

**Essential**:

- Law School Graduate
- Experience in data privacy, product liability and/or compliance matters
- An interest in legal operations
- Highly motivated with a strong work ethic and an ability to function independently and collaboratively.
- Great communication and interpersonal skills with high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Flexible and happy to work in an environment where everything is fast paced.
- Sector experience: Retail, Beverage, Cosmetics, FMCG - Helpful
- Experience of working in multi-national companies
- Previous experience of setting up new billing processes and trackers
- Previous support /admin in setting up processes and systems
