Administrator - Accountancy Practice
This organisation is a well-established Accountancy Practice based in Port Talbot.
Your new role
Your responsibilities will include:
- Producing reports on behalf of staff
- Handle client appointment requests for partners
- Raising invoices for clients
- Handling incoming calls, signposting where necessary and taking messages
- Meeting and greeting clients (post-Covid)
- Scanning and filing correspondence
- Onboarding new clients
- Drafting and writing correspondence on behalf of other staff members
- Maintaining office stock levels
- Occasional visits to the bank to pay in cheques
What you'll need to succeed
We're looking for experienced administrators who have previously worked within an accountancy practice or supported a finance department.
You must have excellent written and spoken English, and be computer savvy - with the ability to pick up new systems and technologies with ease; experienced in Word (including Mail Merge), with intermediate use of Excel. Positive problem solver, good communicatorwithin teams and external stakeholders.
Qualifications in English and Maths, GCSE level or equivalent.
