We are seeking a CeMap or equivalently qualified mortgage administrator to join a fast growing mortgage advice arm of what is already a well-known financial planning firm based in the heart of Knowle, Solihull.

Your role as a mortgage administrator is absolutely key to the success and reputation of the business. You will work closely with in house advisors, estate agents, solicitors and sales progressors to ensure that the client feels completely supported from all angles to make the right financial decisions and ultimately get the keys to their home in the shortest time possible.

If you're the right fit we are happy to consider a salary of up to £30,000, dependant on experience and what you can bring to the role. In addition, we offer a great benefits package including pension contributions and 20 days annual leave plus bank holidays.

Our aim is to provide a working culture which enables and encourages staff to be the best they can be. Given the nature of the role there will be targets to work towards and support/ development on offer from day one.

**Responsibilities**:

- On boarding of clients including ID’s, income proofs and other required documents to ensure that advisors can provide tailored advice from the 1st consultation.
- Regularly updating advisors on progression of cases and highlighting mortgage offer & protection expiries to ensure the client journey is not delayed
- Tracking procuration payments from lenders/ insurers following completions. Utilising CRM systems to ensure updates are well noted.

Skills & Experience Required
- Minimum of 1 years financial services administration experience (ideally within mortgage administration)
- This role could also be fantastic for someone who has been advising and wants to step away from the advice side of the business
- Ability to resolve problems quickly & efficiently whilst keeping relevant colleagues/ clients updated
- Outstanding communication skills at all levels, both written and oral.
- Demonstrate a confident telephone manner & excellent customer service
- Be passionate about what you do
