Due to continued growth in a variety of markets including offshore wind, marine development and in the water sector we are looking to grow our team.

**Job Role**:
We are seeking an enthusiastic, optimistic, conscientious person who has a true passion for environmental sciences and enhancing our society. We would value someone with excellent communication skills and technical ability for data integrity.

In this role you will assist with the delivery of environmental assessment projects by overseeing the control of documents on our projects. This will include co-ordinating the registering and uploading of documents onto our Common Data Environments being used by ourselves (primarily Box, Teams, SharePoint) and also our clients systems. There is opportunity to proactively be involved in more general aspects of project administration, for example proof reading, formatting, and using document templates.

Your role will involve working with project managers and technical specialists to help ensure document management is undertaken in line with our company best practice and client requirements. This will involve working across multi-disciplinary teams within Royal HaskoningDHV and also with subcontractors and clients.

**This role might be right for you if you**:

- Manage projects specific procedures in line with our company best practices and templates and client requirements related to document control and management. Communicate these to the project team as required by the Project Manager
- Set up new document templates, formatting documents and establishing, implementing, and monitoring project specific document control and formatting rules
- Set up project specific Electronic Document Management System (EDMS), Common Data Environment, registers and filing structures in accordance with the agreed project specific procedures and as required by the Project Manager
- Manage Document Lists - allocate project specific unique document references in accordance with project specific procedures and/or track and record distribution
- Manage correspondence and incoming document registers - recording, filing, and distributing in accordance with agreed project specific processes
- Carry out final quality checks on documents before issue (correct template and use of template; correct document reference; correct use of headers, footers, and bookmarks; correct status and revision and similar)
- Are responsible for document issue to external parties; use transmittals and/or EDMS in accordance with agreed project specific procedures and our company requirements and best practices
- Manage outgoing document registers and transmittals where these are not an automatic part of the project EDMS
- Liaise and co-ordinate with colleagues to ensure systems for recording, filing and distribution of incoming graphical information are aligned with the overall project document control procedures
- Liaise and co-ordinate with the Project Information Manager and Royal HaskoningDHV staff to ensure graphical information release and distribution is aligned with the overall project document control procedures
- Support revisions and updates to documents
- Assist the compiling of deliverable packages and thorough checking of the deliverable lists
- Maintain the document process and discuss improvements if needed
- Assist in shaping future Royal HaskoningDHV document control and related processes
