We are currently recruiting for a Sales Administrator in Solihull for our friendly, family run client looking to expand their team.
- Location: Solihull
- Salary: up to £28,000 depending on experience
- Monday - Thursday: 08:00 - 17:30, Friday: 08:00 - 15:30
- Part Time option available - must be able to commit to 3 full days
- Office Based only
- On-site parking available
- Business closed for Christmas
- Opportunity to work within an expanding, busy and friendly team

**About the role**:

- Answering the phone and dealing with customer/supplier queries
- Processing of purchase invoices
- The processing of sales/purchase orders
- Be able to follow internal process of goods in/out and flag when faced with issues (in a timely manner)
- An appetite to learn about the products and services we offer to our customers, to be able to fully add value to the customer experience and business needs
- To be comfortable with servicing customers face to face on the trade counter
- Filing and scanning of important documentation
- Adhoc tasks when required from teammates
- Dealing with private information and always remaining confidential

**About you**:

- Sales Order Processing experince
- Self-motivated
- Exceptional organisation skills
- Attention to detail
- Reliable
- Knowledge/experience of sales admin within the construction industry (desired, not essential)
- Proficient in using and learning a software system
- Willing to take on a variety of tasks and learn new things
- Proactive
- Being comfortable to ask for more tasks once competent in core role
- Not afraid to ask for help
