**What you’ll do?**

Working as part of our friendly team, you will grow experience and skills within business administration, covering aspects of HR, Learning & Development, Procurement, and Customer service. Training is primarily on-the job, supported by various e-learning modules.

You will also:

- Learn about the motor trade industry - if you love cars as much as we do, this is a place to be
- Help organise internal and external meetings and training sessions, book hotel stays, provide documentation etc.
- Take minutes of meetings, when required.
- Attend client and supplier meetings on an ad-hoc basis.
- Learn and work with basic key performance indicators (KPI).
- Get exposure to various support functions across the business, such as HR, Finance, IT, customer service etc, which will give you an incredible opportunity to decide which way to progress your career further.
- Process supplier and customer documentation.
- Deal with general queries efficiently, always respecting discretion and confidentiality.
- Provide generalist admin support to the Senior Management Team.

**Who you are?**
- You will have 3yrs+ Administration experience, with good customer service skills
- You are a proficient Microsoft Office suite user

You are a highly motivated and passionate individual, who is calm under pressure and can prioritise a busy workload
- You have attention to detail, to ensure all documents are complete, accurate and up to date as well as working with confidential data and records
- You are a quick learner with the ability to pick up new systems and processes with ease
- You have a flexible pro-active approach to work alongside the ability to anticipate challenges and propose solutions
- You have excellent written and verbal communication skills
