**What will my role look like?**

We are looking for a Field Auditor to join us, in this role you will perform audits on our Petrol Filling Stations and Food To Go outlets to ensure they are compliant with company standards and legislation including - employee right to work, health and safety, security, cash handling, in-house training, age restricted sales and food standards regulations.

You will provide mentoring and training to operational teams, store managers and colleagues to ensure understanding of company systems and procedures.

**What would my main responsibilities be?**
- Completing all audits to the required standard, highlighting opportunities for improvement
- Engage with site managers to complete agreed action plans that will deliver improvement
- Constantly monitor the audit to look for and suggest ways to strengthen and improve the audit process
- Carry out full cash audits thoroughly
- Complete right to work documentation audits / liaise with HR Department to clarify any queries or issues with RTW documentation
- Review completion of all operational documentation including CCTV checks to confirm completion of tasks
- Look for evidence of accurate checking of all deliveries and credits and timely return of and credit for vouchers
- Review timely paying of all invoices by site
- Review price labelling, offer promotion to ascertain that we are trading legally
- Review the effectiveness of the system in place for date checking products
- Examine stock for out dated items
- Ensure that all necessary security measures are in place required to maintain the safe operation of sites
- Monitor compliance with Company procedures aimed at training all staff to work within the restricted sales trading laws
- View reports on stock counts, waste, loss, markdown, non-scans, transfers, promotions to ensure that these are timely and accurate
- Liaise with Area Managers in relation to concerns they may have around aspects of a site’s operation or particular areas to be focused on. Report findings to Area Managers and highlight to them issues that you discover at site
- Carry out any additional checks and investigations as required by the Regional Manager
- Ensure the store manager is aware of exactly how to put right any failings and wherever possible give help and advice to assist their understanding of their job

- UK drivers license
- Experience in a management, field based or operational role
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
