**Job Type**: Full Time, Permanent, Office Based

**Working hours**: 9.00 - 18.00 (including 1h lunch break)

**Responsibilities will include but are not limited to**:

- Processing payable invoices on Xero and our Design Management system (Estimac)
- Liaise with suppliers regarding invoice queries
- Log new purchases into the stock system
- Business credit card and expenses management and reconciliations
- Process bank payments in Accounts Manager’s absence
- Work closely with the Design team to ensure shipping lists and internal stock system are up-to-date
- Produce stock updates and reports to share with Design Team
- Improve on current stock system and processes
- Manage administration of company properties
- Assist with PA tasks to Senior Management
- Research new and alternative suppliers
- Organising deliveries and collections
- Ad hoc reporting as required by Head of Finance and Operations
- Support the Finance and Operations team as necessary
- Keep track of offices essentials such as stationery

**Skills and Experience**:

- Confident written and verbal communication
- Ability to work under own initiative and to deadlines
- Desire to continually improve processes and increase efficiency
- Excellent attention to detail
- Proven experience in a similar role
- Working knowledge of Xero and Excel
- A passion for organisation
- Social, team player capable of interacting with people of all levels
- Ideally experienced within Interior Design Industry or similar creative field
