People Services Adviser

The role of the People Services Adviser is to support the delivery of the People Operations Team. Reporting into the Senior People Partner, you will support a range of People Activities - for example - processing payroll, changes to terms and conditions and work patterns, dealing with People related queries as well as having responsibility for advising on sickness absence, disciplinary and grievance cases.

The People Services Adviser will play a leading role in providing high quality, tailored advice on People matters to colleagues across the GMC.
- Leading on the delivery of Payroll processing for the People Team
- Partnering with leaders and managers across the GMC on a range of People matters
- Responding to complex People queries
- Managing a varied Employee relations caseload

Working Pattern

We are happy to consider a range of flexible working options. Currently the People Team work from home 4 days per week, with Tuesday being our weekly office day.
