**About the team**:
Supporting our Enterprise customers globally, the amendments team based across the UK and Singapore play a vital role in ensuring all customer information is accurate and compliant. Amendments are completed for all Worldpay products across the full range of platforms.

**What you will be doing**:
As Team Supervisor you will oversee the day-to-day activities and performance of the global boarding amendments function, managing SLAs in support of clients. You will primarily be responsible for managing daily operations, while also supporting and developing the team. This is a highly visible role where you will work as a SME providing advice and guidance to our internal stakeholders.

Key responsibilities:

- Ensuring all regulatory requirements are met during the amendments processes and troubleshooting issues, updating processes etc.
- Monitors outputs of the team against set objectives, predefined SLAs and identify areas suitable to change and improvements.
- Acts as a technical expert on projects with Delivery teams
- Providing regular individual feedback via 1-2-1 sessions - Recommending training approach and conducting training where necessary
- Stakeholder management - Acts as advocate for Global Boarding by developing an extensive network within WorldPay.
- Supports the Commercial teams and corporate support teams to manage day to day amendments activity
- Provide SME expertise to key relationships
- Responsible for managing amendment escalations
- Provides recommendations on change initiatives and works in collaboration with global change management teams, with focus on business deliverables towards positive customer delight.

- Evidence of aligning approach and style to our stakeholders’ priorities
- Understanding customer needs and pain points
- Working knowledge of process improvement techniques and methods.
- Ensure daily objectives and SLA’s are met
- Contributing to process improvements
- Advocating best practice.
