We are one of the largest leading companies in supplying credit card terminals. Specialising in all avenues of wireless payments for a wide range of businesses large or small.

In this role you will be required to setup credit card machines and epos systems for our customers ready for their choosen deployment date - this will involve liaising with banks and other members of our team.

You will also be required to provide telephone technical support to our customers when a credit card machine/epos system is malfunctioning, you will be the person our customers will call and you will guide them through resolving the issue on the phone.

Full training will be provided for all aspects of the job and you will work alongside other technical support advisors.

This role requires a keen eye for detail and natural problem solving and needs great customer service skills.

Experience and Knowledge

Determine and develop user requirements for systems in production, to ensure maximum usability
Enthusiasm
Resourceful attitude
Problem solving skills
Customer service skills are essential
Technologically minded
Experience within the card terminal/banking industry would be an advantage
Excellent verbal communication skills
Must work well under pressure

Monday to Friday 9am - 5.30pm (this may require some late nights) overtime will be available.
