We are looking for a confident, efficient and organised person to join our HR Technology UK Team. The role will support the Burton, Hinckley and Lutterworth sites.
- Understanding organisation structures
- HR legislation and policy
- HR team functions and processes
- How to deal with HR queries
- Developing solutions to HR issues and escalating complex cases
- Maintaining staff details on computer systems
- Handling sensitive situations professionally and confidentially

The HR Apprentice will play a key role within the HR team and assist with the smooth running of the department.

**Key duties will include but not limited too**:

- Assisting with the onboarding process of new starters
- Assisting with employee engagement
- Supporting administrative tasks relating to all areas of the HR function
- Preparing all relevant packs for the team insuring that information is accurate
- Liaising with customers, third party contacts and senior management team on HR issues.

**The successful applicant must have**:

- GCSE grades 9-5
- Strong communication skills and the ability to influence others
- IT Literate, Word, Power point, Excel and outlook
- Ability to deal with sensitive issues and counsel managers on HR issues
- Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with line mangers and colleagues.
