Acacia Care is coming to Hinckley Currently in the last stages of construction and due to open in Autumn, Granville Gardens Care Home is seeking **Receptionists** to join us on this exciting new journey. Providing residential, respite, and dementia care, with 68 state-of-the-art rooms for residents to reside in, spacious dining and lounge areas, and so much more, we are excited to be bringing this opportunity to Hinckley

As the first person visitors meet when they come to our home, your role is absolutely vital and you will be expected to welcome visitors in a friendly, professional manner.

**What you will receive as a Receptionist;**
- **£11.02** **per hour**:

- **Full-time and part-time **hours available**, Permanent** contract
- **FT - 37.5 hours** per week, Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm
- **PT - 15 hours **per week - Saturday & Sunday, 9am-5pm
- Based in Hinckley - **LE10 0JD**

**What you will be doing as a Receptionist;**
- Greet and respond to customer enquiries in a friendly and effective manner
- Make sure all electronic records are maintained
- Deal with incoming and outgoing calls to various third parties, including Doctors, Social Workers, Resident Families, etc.
- Report any maintenance issues to the Maintenance Operative accordingly
- Maintain petty case records
- Show visitors around the care home in the absence of the Manager
- Provide general administration support to the Manager as required

**What you will need to be successful as a Receptionist;**
- Experience working within a caring environment (not essential)
- The ability to communicate well and make others feel welcome and comfortable
- Willingness to develop new skills
- A warm, friendly and calming disposition
- Be IT illiterate with experience in using Microsoft Office packages.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
