Admin Assistant Apprenticeship

Monday - Friday, 9am-5pm

Our client are a music school who provide thousands of pupils with high quality music education and they are offering an exciting opportunity to join a team of professionals and assist them with their daily administration and customer service tasks.

You will need to have:
*Outstanding communication skills and a great telephone manner
*Professionalism and honesty in all aspects of your role
*The initiative to explore fresh ideas and make an additional effort to improve the business
*Proficient understanding of Microsoft Office
*A hands-on, adaptable work style
*Good organisation and the capacity to multitask and adhere to deadlines

Your key tasks will include:
*Data entry
*Making sure you consistently meet deadlines and goals established by your Manager
*Establish a rapport with customers to build lasting partnerships
*Coordinating with suppliers and sales support staff to make sure customers are booked in correctly
*Updating procedure on the system accurately to make sure all communications are documented
*Responding to inquiries from customers and suppliers
*Ensuring frequent communication with clients, suppliers and sales support staff
*General administration duties
*Providing original ideas to satisfy the demands of the customer and provide them with a service that gives them a fantastic return on investment
