Our client is looking to recruit a **full-time Junior Payroll Administrator / Admin Assistant**to join their team based in Tonbridge their office.

The role is a blend of admin assistant duties together with on-the-job training to allow you to process all aspects of payroll.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Processing payrolls on a weekly, monthly, quarterly or annual basis for our clients, including all related time dealing with pensions, SSP, SMP and SPP entitlements
- Producing payroll reports and spreadsheets
- Calculating sickness, holiday entitlements and redundancy payments
- Processing all tax documents; P45's, P46 (HMRC starter checklist), P60's and student loans
- Maintaining accurate payroll records of sickness, holidays, maternity/paternity leave and salary sacrifice schemes
- Online submission of final year end declaration (final payment submission)
- Managing compliance for new and existing clients
- Assisting the office manager with administration duties around the office, including billing and onboarding of clients
- The above is not an extensive list and other ad hoc duties within the office will arise as part of the role

**Experience/Qualifications**:

- Computer literate
- Have A-levels or equivalent
- Driving licence required
- Ability to work under pressure
