**Key Responsibilities**:

- Act as the competent authority for our clients, providing expert advice based on the latest regulations, CQC & HSE guidelines, and industry standards.
- Conduct health and safety compliance inspections and audits at client sites.
- Cultivate client relationships, offering precise and timely guidance to ensure top-tier health and safety management.
- Perform reviews of client management systems, identifying gaps and guiding them toward CQC compliance.
- Provide support for incident investigations, driving continuous improvement in health and safety management in our prestigious healthcare system.
- Monitor incident data through client management systems and identify areas for improvement.
- Evaluate safety practices and advise clients on enhancing their safety culture.
- Design and deliver engaging training sessions at client premises.
- Create customised legal and risk registers for clients.
- Create quality documentation following client visits using the tools provided.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Experience of delivering quality health and safety advice and guidance in the healthcare sector for a minimum of 2 years is **essential**.
- CMIOSH preferred but GRAD IOSH considered.
- NEBOSH National Diploma in Health & Safety is **essential**.
- Fire risk assessment qualification and demonstrable experience is desirable.
- Strong client relationship skills and experience.
- Commitment to continued professional development.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong time management skills and ability to manage your schedule.
- Problem-solving skills and ability to think outside of the box.
- Confidence in identifying new business opportunities for accuSafe.
- Resilient, proactive team player with a positive attitude.

**Desirable Qualities**:

- Level 3 Award in Education & Training.
- ISO 45001 Lead Auditor qualification.
- ISO 14001 Lead Auditor qualification.
- Level 3 Award in Fire Risk Assessment.
