Digital Services are seeking an enthusiastic, flexible and motivated Address Management Officer to maintain the Council’s Corporate Property \ Street Gazetteer systems.

The role sits within our Data & GIS Team and will involve being responsible for the Council’s Custodian of the Street Naming and Numbering function, as well as supporting the Corporate Address Custodian.
- Assist with maintaining the highest national standard (Gold) for Addressing
- Be responsible for the creation of new properties and streets
- Link new properties \ streets to the GIS Layers
- Be able to effectively communicate between developers, residents, householders, Councillors and staff to ensure that the Street Name and Numbering process is carried out in accordance with the policy

The role is based at the Civic Offices in Chelmsford, however hybrid working is facilitated.

Interviews are currently scheduled for the week commencing 20th February.
