**Key Responsibilities**:

- Serve as the primary liaison between the dental team and patients, ensuring a smooth and positive experience throughout their treatment journey.
- Utilise your experience as a Treatment Coordinator to effectively communicate treatment plans, financial information, and appointment scheduling to patients.
- Collaborate with the dental team to coordinate and manage treatment schedules, ensuring optimal patient care and clinic efficiency.
- Demonstrate proficiency in dental software systems to maintain accurate patient records and treatment plans.
- Utilise social media platforms to engage with patients, share educational content, and promote the practice's services.
- Capture the magic of our patients' transformations with your photography skills. Ability to take high-quality photos for documentation and promotional purposes is a plus

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Dental Treatment Coordinator is essential.
- Knowledge of social media platforms and experience managing related content is highly desirable.
- Exceptional organisational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster a positive patient experience.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse dental team.
- A can-do attitude with a commitment to providing outstanding patient care.
