Sales and Service Administrator

If you're an experienced administrator looking to work with a dynamic team this is the role for you.
You will report to the Delivery Manager and provide administrative support to the Sales and Service Delivery team who are both office and field based.
You will need to be confident working in a busy role and be exceptional with being able to prioritise the work load - pushing back when needed
Duties will be varied but include:
- Raising and processing sales and purchase orders
- Prepare any returns paperwork/credit notes
- Prepare sales quotes
- Updating CRM
- Booking deliveries/dispatch
- Creating monthly reporting
- Supporting finance team
- Some reception duties - meeting and greeting visitors
A knowledge of order processing and invoicing would be an advantage but full training will be given.
You'll work with a great, supportive team with plenty of benefits offered.
Onsite parking - some travel required so driving licence is preferred.
