**About us**
AM Facilities Management provides cleaning and maintenance services to the commercial and education sectors.
We require an experienced Quickbooks accounts assistant to take on the responsibility of entering supplier invoices, reconciling with client charges, and invoicing. The role will also involve assisting the Office Manager with credit control and general administrative duties
The position is initially offered on a part time basis, 24 hours per week and these hours, which are office based, are flexible to suit any particular requirements of the successful applicant.
With apologies, it is generally impractical to respond to each applicant but individual feedback on unsuccessful applicants will be supplied not more than two weeks after submission, where this is requested.

**Salary**: £16,000.00-£18,000.00 per year
