Process Financial Transactions: Accurately record and maintain financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries, using accounting software and spreadsheets.

Bank Reconciliation: Perform regular bank reconciliations to ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial records.

Invoice Processing: Review, validate, and process invoices, ensuring proper coding, approvals, and documentation.

Expense Management: Assist in processing employee expense reports, verifying compliance with company policies and recording expenses accurately.

Financial Reporting: Prepare and distribute financial reports, such as profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements, on a regular basis or as required.

Assist in Audits: Provide support during internal and external audits by preparing documentation, answering inquiries, and assisting in the resolution of audit findings.

**Qualifications**:

Financial Software Proficiency: Proficient in using accounting software and Microsoft Excel for financial data entry, analysis, and reporting. Experience with Dynamics 365 advantageous.

Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and accuracy in numerical data entry, financial analysis, and report preparation.

Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines.

Communication Skills: Good written and verbal communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members, vendors, and other stakeholders.

Analytical Thinking: Strong analytical skills to identify discrepancies, troubleshoot issues, and propose solutions.
