**Love marketing? Love communicating? Love producing awesome content?**

You will be responsible for increasing customer acquisition in company owned territories. Alongside this you will be increasing revenue through additional photography and product sales. Managing the marketing, P.R. and product sales functions, you will be communicating with senior management about existing and new marketing activities. Managing and creating appropriate content for a variety of channels, evaluating and improving marketing campaigns. You will need very strong organisational skills to balance activity across different territories.

As a Marketing Coordinator for Water Babies, some of your responsibilities will include:

- To produce and deliver the territory marketing plan with the relevant territory business managers
- Develop partnerships with micro influencers in the area
- To actively seek opportunities to promote the business in the local area
- To identify and manage all advertising opportunities (digital and print)
- To develop partnerships with other brands which will enhance our presence in the community
- To assist the local offices with the scheduling and management for local shows, exhibitions and baby events
- Identify, create and sell in local stories for press
- To be responsible for managing organic social activity on the local pages and group across Facebook and Instagram

**About us**
Teaching over 50,000 babies and toddlers per week across the UK, Ireland, Canada, Germany, Netherlands and China, Water Babies is the largest pre-school swimming company in the world.
The role will require you to work closely with our in house territories, head office team and teachers, therefore exceptional communication, organisation and planning skills will be key to the success of this post.

Based in Exeter, the post will be part time (4 days a week) and permanent and we will reward you with a competitive salary and company benefits package.

**Knowledge and Skills**:

- Must live and breathe marketing
- Excellent copywriting skills
- PR experience - writing press releases, selling into press
- Good working knowledge of MS Office packages
- Experience of promoting a brand and creating engagement on Facebook and Instagram
- Understanding of millennial audiences and their social media usage/requirements
- Ability to demonstrate creativity
- Ability to form an affinity with the Water Babies audience

- Excellent communicator with good coordination, planning and organisation skills
- Strong team player and ability to mix with different people from differing backgrounds
- Resilient, solution orientated with a good sense of humour
- Good writing and presentation skills
- Full clean driving license
