**The role**:
You will be a key member of the team dealing with a wide range of tasks.

Full training will be given and there is scope within this role to progress and develop your knowledge.
- You will be primarily involved with multiple admin activities, you will also manage and collate company data and act as a primary response for the phone system.
- Meeting and greeting clients when they visit the office.
- Answering and directing phone calls and dealing with Client queries.
- Managing the database of clients and diary management.
- Managing correspondence for clients and providers.
- Processing new business and writing basic suitability letters / Data Entry.

Team fit is incredibly important here so if you have a friendly, helpful nature, provide excellent service at all times, enjoy being in a professional working environment and have superb attention to detail, this could be the perfect fit for you

A sound educational background such as a degree or equivalent would be beneficial for this role however your attributes are more important such as problem solving and IT proficient in Microsoft Office.

Full training will be provided by this supportive team.
